In this real balance context, i think 30s is too little, given the fact that WH ( i won't speak about WE) is not wanted nor liked for warbands, then it should have a clear purpose as a scout and 30s won't let them achieve that.

If they decide to buff WH for their vision of group/warband gameplay, then 30s will be fine.

Years ago, we had a similar situation back in the MDPV days wh/we were able to do 1 VX X.
2–6 WH camping on war camp flags was standard.
Then the nerf came, and oh, wonder of wonders the wh/we population dropped, but the overall gaming experience for community improved.
Years later, the two stealth classes are getting buffed again, and a different outcome is expected well, if that isn’t crazy, I don’t know what is.
