Holy hell, this is amazing in the terms of how quickly the updates are hitting. I second all of those who are having issues keeping up, but I hope to continue to have this problem for quite some time.

Is 26 going to be the last of the level increases in the "near" future? The reason I ask is because there might be some serious balancing issues that might come up with this new level increase. Due to Slayers getting Shatter Limb (which is an AoE attack that hits up to 9 players and increases cooldowns by 5 second and is only on a 20 second cooldown).

There are two abilities that were design (though albeit poorly) to counter this. The Choppa ability is one of them that can be acquired at the moment

The second is the DoK group cleanse tactic that is acquired at level 27 at the earliest. I think the group cleanse would be a better fix for this than the Choppa ability and swap group cleanse down for both WPs and DoKs to the 7 point mastery instead of 11. The reason I ask this is because all fights are like this, huge cluster of DoTs on all of your party members.

Oh god no, group cleanse is awful. If anything push for a higher level 30-31 and stop there for a while. If group cleanse is going to be introduced I want my rift.

Choppas chops fasta should just be made into an anti shatter limbs

Same duration and cd but instead instead of inc cd just lower it

But group cleanse was introduced to balance out certain abilities that each side had. There is a reason why Shatter Limbs is only on a 20 second cooldown, because cleanse is on a 5 second ability. Either Shatter Limbs should be adjusted to balance things out (which is what i'm pushing towards) or for group cleanse to be introduced. Remember that Shatter Limbs can effect up to 9 people while the Chop Fasta! ability only effects your group members which is between 2-6 people, same with group cleanse. No Choppa in their right mind will take an ability with a 2 minute cooldown that is in a worthless tree with only one purpose. All I know is something has to be done, if you guys have better ideas please write them down. I understand that some vocal members don't like it but at least give an argument than a short answer that is repeated by people over and over again.

Magi don't have bursting or sustained dps potential at this stage. All the damage comes from a dot rotation and throwing in IFOC/BoC (w/e you choose at this level). If you raise the cap to 27 and introduce group cleanse you essentially eliminated the class. I would at least like to be able to be a rift bot or something, so raise it higher.

I understand that Magi and Engineers get hurt more than any class in the game with group cleanse but both classes in themselves are already UP. Even without group cleanse both classes are not up to par to what them probably should be but they do excel in certain situations that group cleanse will just not effect them as much such as ORvR. Both classes got nerfed hard when the AoE nerf arrived during old WAR. I remember a lot of people rerolling because of that or just straight up quiting. The daemon and turret change helped a lot I know (increasing damage up to 20%).

Through your argument though, you still didn't offer any other fix to the problem. I constantly see multiple players at once having 10+ DoTs on them in scenarios. It becomes really hard to clutch cleanse a heal debuff or BB or Shatter Limbs because of that. ;)
