If WAR was to make a come back what changes, content, races, classes etc would you like to see in it ?

Remove Skaven, and Daemonic Gifts of Khorne LE.

Instead, add a third faction and change existing ones like this:

1) Empire/Dwarf/High Elf (the same)
2) Skaven/Dark Elf/Greenskin
3) Chaos Undivided (current 4 Chaos classes + 8 based on Khorne, Nurgle and Slaanesh)

Just cap the RR at 80, and Sovereign the highest gear. (Hope it's gonna be that way in here, RoR)

Of course, third faction would make everything complete, but for me it would change too much. Should've been since the beginning.

I always thought class specing was way too simplistic in war leading to single cookie cutter specs. Instead of the more elaborate skill trees that most mmos use where decisions have to be made.

Also I would have like to have seen proper advanced classes choice at lvl 40 where they must spec for certain roles instead of the broken hybrids that are overpowered solo but don't compete with the pure role classes in group endgame,

New races

Dwarf/ Empire/ High Elf
Greenys / Chaos / Dark Elf
Beastmen / Tomb Kings / Skaven

I made a post on the official forums while they were still alive :[ about how they could release those guys as a 3rd faction with most of the ground work already completed.

Skaven Classes - Rat Ogre [Tank] / Moulder [Healer] / Warlock Engineer [Ranged DPS] / Gutter Runner [Melee DPS]

Tomb King Classes - Tomb Guard [Tank] / Liche Priest [Healer] / Auger [Ranged DPS] / Veteran [Melee DPS]

Beastmen Classes - Beastlord [Tank] / Bray Shaman [Healer] / Ungor [Ranged DPS] / Bestigor [Melee DPS]

You can use mechanics already in place in the game for the classes and alter and mix abilities with the new classes under different names. I have my own idea for mechanics and abilities for the classes but I reserve those [and to save myself from typing a whole lot :)]

I also thought of either swapping a race out for Ogre Kingdom or making Ogre Kingdom the mercenary race over Skaven.

Ogre Kingdom Classes - Iron Guts [Tank] / Slaughtermaster [Healer] / FIrebelly (or LeadBelcher) [Ranged DPS] / Tyrant (or Hunter) [Melee DPS]

All of the modeling was done for basically all of these races. There would need to be some serious work put into it but they had a good portion done for them already.

This! Disparity in the RvR lakes at Tier 4 was the biggest problem with the game, imo. There was already a big gap between RR40 and 80. Then the devs went and bumped it up to RR100 just to keep people grinding which just made things worse. It already took an inordinate length of time to get to 80.

It could've been okay if the new gear was just variants on sovereign, perhaps tailored to different roles, rather than just flat out upgrades.

For me that's why I stopped playing anyway.
