Loading screen dissapears after launcher details

Hi there , i have a problem with the game launcher , as soon as i enter my username and password a loading screen appears and after a bit it vanishes returning me back to my account details.I get no error message can u plz suggest me a solution ( i tried running game as admin btw and i have no anti-virus prog at all) .Thanx in advance.

Try /stuck in the loading screen.

Thanx for the quick reply but there is no time to react and right it or chat (space) to enter it , loading screen vanishes fast and drops me back to account details

You don't need a chat space , just click "enter" then enter te text "/stuck" done. The game is loaded in the background when you are in the loading screen.

After a search in all past launcher error topics i found out that i should check my folder size and guess what , although my torrent was completed last night 100% today i'm missing 60% of files and says 40% completed never happened b4 , my apologies for this ...
