Might be a destruction only problem. Tried salvaging figurines after 7. About ten stacks, no skill ups.

Destro? then go kill flagellants in front of t1 chaos warcamp or any lvl 6-9 monsters

Every time you ask someone about salvaging they respond with "oh i lvled it up in 1h"; at least you said 3 :P

I took my time to explore lvling possibilities outside of AH mad prices
