Will there be a increase in Lvls? from Max lvl 26?

will there be a increase? im wondering because i would like to play at lvl 40?

Devs said they don't want to raise the level cap anymore until T3 is released, though it seems the damage is already done as being level 26 in T2 has made a lot of things redundant.
