OP isn't complaining about MAYBE finding a mistake on the server. this is most definitely a mistake.
Like I said, the last 8 hours has been 70% destro 30% order with them doing NOTHING besides taking empty keeps with warbands so large that the red dots blot out the entire blue marker of the keep on the mini map.

There is no way to defend when there is maybe 20 order total spread throughout each warcamp.
it is undeniable that this is a problem, the destruction side and everyone who participated in this massive PvEmpty keep will have an enormous advantage in terms of gear, the devastator set gives what, 30% more stats than the average green gear most people are equipped with?

anyone who denies this is a problem is blatantly foolish. for the past 8 hours there has been a 70-30 population imbalance with a 100+ man destro WB going from uncontested zone to uncontested zone taking keep after keep farming emblems.

i'm not blaming the destruction faction as a whole but the community of this game that they would so willingly ruin the fun just to farm medallions for gear.

Agreed. I'm all for a solid keep defence while out numbered. If you die and the keep falls but you held your own for a while its awesome. If you succeed and drive the other side away thats even better. The problem is the back doors don't work so you have to run past 100+ Destro and get in via the front door. Few people can manage that.
