Shoulders gone

Hi there, is there any kind of support?

My shoulders are gone, after relogg, also gold is gone a few days before. Keep bugged ok that could happen, but not my equip.

Haha, bought new shoulders yesterday and what happen there are also disapeard today. There is something wrong.

A guildy lost his T2 SC weapon literally the day after he got it.

I lost my T1 lair Longsword of the Lady about 2 weeks ago.

Nothing gets restored. It really, really sucks. Not to complain, but if this doesn't change before T4, you might piss off A LOT of people.

I lost 6 cloaks of the lover in the mail a couple of months ago. No biggie as they are obsolete now anyways. Remember its Alpha!

I dont know if this is the same problem you all faced but, if you were trying to socket a piece of gear the item disappears from your inventory. If anything goes wrong with the socket it sits in limbo. What I've found is if you relog quickly the socket prompt should reappear and if you socket it then the item should re appear.
