Cause they fot their main chars 26-30 already. So simple to understand.
I didnt see any reasons to stay at t2, cause t3 will give you new experience, tactics and other stuff.

And when T3 comes out, those mains will just be 31 or 39 instead. Nothing changes except alts will be in Tier 1-3, instead of only Tier 1-2.
