No point in reducing cool down of feinted positioning when we already have a tactic(swift movements in the path of treachery line) that reduces the cool down to 20 seconds without changing how long it last.

what the go WE/WH can kill a targets before it gets off the ground and if they chose the wrong target or stuff up they get/have that single target stagger self punt that then can be in stealth befor thay land and try again or skip away they don't even need stealth it just gives then a solo option there op as hell

We are not even in T3. Speaking on how class will be "hypoteticaly" in T4 is just pointless.

The conception that that a WH/WE can pop any target and kill it is complete nonsense IMO. If the player you are attacking has any sense at all they are detaunting you, drinking a pot or two, and kiting away. WH/WE excel at one thing, killing pugs who play light armor classes and do not understand basic game mechanics.

These are all pretty great ideas, though I think that a 20s cd on stealth would mean you should reduce stealth's duration to something like 10 seconds.

A) yes at lvl 40 rr 80 with best possible gear
B) we are at T2 with rr40
C) there will be no Land of the dead which means no such items .-)

Witch Hunters are probably more dangerous in T3, once they have BaL at 29.
