Trouble getting Launcher to work

Hi all! I've been trying to get ingame and start up a Witch Hunter but I've run into a bit of a snag... The launcher isn't working.

What I'm experiencing is that the Connect button is grey, the Web Server is red, and the login server is yellow.

I downloaded the client through the 5 part Mega download and plopped the launcher in the root folder next to War.exe. I've unchecked Read-Only, and I've tried running as Admin, Compatibility, and closing and relaunching the launcher. No change whatsoever to getting the game to run

I've even tried putting the launcher in random folders to see if anything changes, and the behavior remains the same. Any advice?

Edit: Currently attempting to use the torrent client and see if that helps any

Edit#2: No luck using the torrent client, though now I have a bunch of addons to tinker with once I get online >_>

It seems like server was offline when you tried to log in or your launcher is blocked by some firewall.

Its not the firewall, I've had it turned off. I've gotten this at multiple times (I've tried at least 5 separate times to get this up and running) so I doubt its server related.

Could you try downloading a VPN (such as hotspotshield.com), set the server to London or any of the UK ones, and connect?

What's weird is that 2 weeks ago the launcher worked just fine, now I have this issue

So! I fixed this by mistake

I had an error for minecraft that was fixed by opening cmd.exe from the start menu (as admin) and pasting "netsh winsock reset" into it. Once I rebooted I was able to launch into warhammer!
