I get this sometimes, it usually fixes when i turn run as admin on or off a couple times. It works more often turned off than on which is strange.

try to run as administrator, worked for me after I also made sure file attribute set with read only OFF.

Didn't help. Actually the connect button doesn't turn to grey, you click it and just...nothing happens.

same thing happened to me, then I did what I said and I'm in. Dunno what to do beyond that.

Same problem this night, but yes, restarting many times worked for me too. But running with or wuth out administrator did nothing for me.

restarted launcher about 50 times now, **** this

READ---> open task manager close the "process" not the program ( if you close the program it may NoT work at restart)

restart now work.

Just keep trying, close the launcher if it doesn't work. Worked for me the 10th or 20th time. Sorry I can't be of more help, but it really does work like xyeppp described.
