Can we change the way "Heaven's Blade" of SM work, to be just like "Da Greenest" - "Heaven's Blade" should Proc when SM being attacked instead of attacking by himself.
And when all enemy WB deal damage to SM -theirs resists goes Down. And it would give SwordMaster
similar selfheal like that BO alredy had,so in this way "Bolstering Enchantment" would do a procs
when SM being attacked by enemy.

Before going through buffs on BOs/SMs some things that are missing and were working on live should be fixed first imo. I can speak for BOs at least 2 things are not working
1- right in da jibbles used to be a weapon skill debuff AND interrupt (in RoR interrupt doesnt work for this skill)
2- da biggest war bellow used to proc with cant hit me (block channel skill)
no need to point out how important for a tank career the missing interrupt is leaving only taunt for this job
I guess similar stuff missing on the SM side but cant tell (not played SMs so much)

And little suggestion - Can we allow SM\BO , to use 2 of "WAR BELLOWS"+"BLADE ENCHANTS" at same time ?
Because now even unskilled\CRAB player can see how supperior Chosens\Kobts auras compered to them.
Exemple :
1)Chosen AURA -
"Discordant Instability" - You tear at the fabric of reality, warping the world around you. Enemies within 30 FEET will have all their resistances reduced by 118. During this time, groupmates within the radius have all their resistances increased by 236 . This curse will last until another curse is activated, or this curse is toggled off. After this, the curse will linger for another 12 SECONDS.
2)Swordmaser BLADE ENCHANTMENT -
"Heaven's Blade" - You enchant your blade with the spirit of the heavens. All your melee attacks
gain a 25% chance to reduce all of your target`s resistances by 157 for 10 seconds.
You may only have 1 Blade enchantment active at a time.
For jesus christ, 25....% chance .. to do the same thing without any party buffs even so CHOSEN can have 3 AURAS at same time all day. HE can be useful not only for party but even for himself -
1-2 for party needs , and 1 aura for his own -Heal,toughness,str.
Srsly it going be ugly when 18 out of 20 tanks all CHOSENS ones . couz auras too good to ignore them.

Yeah it really sucks that ordo premades are running Chosen over SM's...... 
Look if you want to compare faction tanks you need to comapre them to their respective factions KOTBS has multiple viable auras not just str, tough or healing, 20% grp crit and 15% grp healing along with all the other things they provide like mutli target snares and IB is an all around amazing tank with very strong buffs

I can see the concern but you can probably increase the heal tactics 4-fold before there's any significant change in balance. Comparing Elf vs Boss is a bit wrong. You have one tank thats capable to get a great weapon and tank almost equily as wearing a shield, and then comes the Warboss , a wall full of plates that can throw out some decent damage while you are trying to bypass the shield.
I believe that you need to fix renown skills for now. Hardy concession will be handy to most of the tanks , while trivial blows will make the squishier builds and classes happier.
Dont mess with characters. You gave black ork earlier knockdown. That means at 40 cr 40rr he will have three tier 3 mastery skills.
At retail they changed Down ya go With Not in da face because Tree Hit Combo was op with a well timed Down ya go.

Savi'n me Hide Gives you Toughness for 20 sec without cd. Required Best plan. It also makes your group around 100ft to take 20% less magical damage.

Series of debuff attacks that focus on melee- physical mitigation.
Not in da Face from Da brawler path give you nice buff debuff ability that is really handy and makes you a real pain in the ass at SCs.
Sum Up.
As a tank player i learned that if you don't focus on defense while playing the tank role then reroll.
Tanks must be in the Heat of Battle and must sustain a lot of damage in their face. To be usefull as an ork
you need to keep your buffs- debuffs up in the correct situations. If you want to kill, change class.

this is black orc at 40 rr40 i have no idea what your talking about 3 trier 3 abilties
furthermore i played on retail and they never switched DYG! with NiDF, dyg was a 13 point ability where ever other tank had a 9pt one bar sm which makes no sense
lastly i still think you fail to see the problem, black orcs dmg is very high once they have gork smash and stab you godder but its a bad TANK ; terrible grp support and cannot do anything that Chosen and BG can do better hence why bos boss tree need to be buffed some to bring them in like with bgs
SM's need buffs everywhere to compete with IBs
