Game Progress

Hello, fellow Warhammer fans! I used to play this game a lot and is probably my favorite MMO, I stopped playing when they released the Skaven joke expansion/update. I suppose my main question is how is progress on the game's development? I browsed the forums and didn't really find a definitive timeline that showed what had been implemented and what hasn't been. Another question, do the developers plan to go any further than the original game went? Obviously the priority is to get the original game launched, was just curious for post release plans.

I'll probably be installing this bad boy soon, see you on the battlefield!

We're in T2 phase, T3 was about be released in due time but then DDOS attacks began from some unknown hater with grudges. So things have slowed down a little I guess.

There are plans to even expand the game and open up new zones such as Karaz-A-Karak and Sylvania, but they will come in the future as we have now other things to focus at and practise.

Progress is great - Likely will take you a few weeks to level up and get maxed out for end game T2 at the moment. Then, once you've finally reached that point and feel like you don't have alot more to do but just pvp endgame, an exploit in the economy will be found and all progress wiped.

This will allow you to have that "fresh start" all over again. There will always be something to do... granted it may be a repeat over what you did last week... but in the end, aren't all MMO's really this anyways?

As far as I know and I remember, no skaven expansion si planned and game should stop in T4 at max rr 80 with sovereign gear(doomflayer and warpforged gear will be eventualy available only as cosmetic apperance)

Devs mainly focusing on PvP aspect of game so most(maybe all) of public quests doesnt work as on live. Also no dungeons are planned as far as I know.

Devs making miracles and from T1 where there was barely 50 players online(I joined in that time), we have working T2 with server limit for 750 players.

Soon T3 will open(I gues in 1 or 2 months), so there will be more interesting places where to PvP.

Craft is also implemented in game, same as renown points abbilities/passives(not all of them).

^^^ Thanks for that update. Are all T1/T2 zones open? Or just specific ones? Public quests and more PvE would be nice to do but I understand why focus is on PvP for now.

They're all open. PQ is not of a priority right now because majority of the gameplay circulates around killing other players and will continue being so awhile more. PvE as in quests do work, most of them while some are broken.

Someone really doesn't want a gold wipe

I did make a good penny on tali sales the last few days. But to be honest - other than pots - I really don't need gold. If they wipe, no biggie. Just further emphasizes, in my mind, that i need to go level apothecary and make my own damn pots.
