Black Orc DPS?

Looking to find out if this is anywhere near viable, or if I should just stop trying to DPS with a Tank class.

I'm going on the large assumption that it's just smarter to go with Choppa, but if it's possible then I'll just keep on with Black Orc.

Yeah ofc you can never deal as much dmg as a real mdps or rdps but black orcs can dps to some degree through crits and stuff but you need certain tactics and stuff first like t'ree hit combo and gork smash

well atm a mate of mine claims to see 900+ without focused offence on his blorc. Ofc thats assisting a mara but still that's actually harder then I can hit

Penril hit 1k on a down you to crit with stab you gooder slotted so yeah and that was just at lvl 26

i think i had some discussions on the ofi. forums about that once with Penril - i still say the same:
BO full DPS is such a wasted capability - there are so many better ways to get him usefull for a 6slot (or even duo) - even with a medium amount of dps - RIP 1,2k WS
If we talk about DPS BO we can start with: What is better WS or ST - 2h or 1h&S and soooooooooo on
I remember T1 were every Tank was OP with a shield and full dps build so long

It was some time ago, SnB and no FO, with regular gear. Im sure some BO's out there hit way harder by now.

Its viable to a certain extent, just dont go full dps 2h or you will melt when focused and be a liability to your team. I would either go def 2h where you can still deal half decent damage and be semi tanky or snb dps which is my preferred spec.
As of now in t2 get as much block as possible, stab u gooder and somewhere around 450 str. You should see crits just under 1k with dyg and 500-600 with other skills, you aint gona rival a real dps class and will have to be aware not to show your back to your enemies to often but you will have nice assist dps and be able to negate alot of guard damage.

yesterday we had guild premade for scenarios ( Nazgul ) ,I was playing my BO ( Titanhead ) and was happily suprised with some of the big numbers including couple on some squishys.
To be exact 1 crit was around 1.4 k
I was like WHOOOA ! 0o
