All my characters are gone on the account

Hi I just tried to log in today and all my characters are missing and its asking me to make a new character. Please help. Its the same account I've been using the whole time.

When I relaunch the game all my chars are gone and I cant join the server.

Wait..wut? You can't see your characters if you can't join the server.

I logged on 10 mins ago fine, joined a scenario, and as it started all the other players disappeared. I hard to forcibly close the game, and reconnect. When I went to reconnect, the game asked me if I wanted to create an Order character (I use a Chosen), and then it wouldn't let me progress any further.

Thats almost the same thing that happened to me Vrostus. I just waited an hr or so and tried my account again and my characters came back. I made new character and even had my friend log into my account and he saw no characters, just to make sure I wasnt just seeing things. I don't know if there is a fix if that happens again but I didnt feel like leveling another character to rr30. I just waited and hoped it would get fixed. It did but I dont know how it got fixed or how it happened.
