Mount not working

Hello, i bought a palomino stallion (Empire mount) at TC warcamp for 10g but it is not working. When i click on it nothing is happening. Did it happen to anybody before? should i try to sell it and try another one ?(i dont have enough money yet)

Do you meet the level requirement? Is your character a human?

yes i think, im lvl 15 BW and it says its a lvl 12 mount

I think the level requirement is 20 on those, are you sure it says 12?

Yes, i just checked it, it says Minimum rank: 12. So it should say 20 then?

Yes, I'm pretty sure the level requirement is 20. I wouldn't sell it back to the merchant, you'd lose 4 gold, just keep it in your bags until you can use it.

Got the same Problem.
Bought lvl 12 Horse. They lowerd the Level requirments a few days ago.
Cant use it with my level 14 BW .
seems like a data base error, we should report it in the bugtracker.

Was going to suggest filing a bug report anyway, but if they lowered the level requirement I'd certainly do that.

Yes it does say lv12 i sold mine back and lost 4 gold

I don't want to see low level 12 riding the same mount than my Squig herder level 25, how i recapture them, they are the only target i can kill.
