Since this thread is already running, I may as well tell you. We were told that Rex issued a kick to a player violating the ToS by making repeated cheating / exploiting accusations. Therefore I'm finding it hard to understand why this appeal was posted. Is it because the player who was kicked denies the offense, or is it because people are upset that someone who isn't listed as a Game Master made the kick? If it's the latter, then I agree that it's a staff issue, but I find it very difficult to believe the original topic was made on that basis.

When I got banned I started a thread asking what I did. They closed it and told me I should pm staff. I Pm'd staff no reply on why I was banned. 100% sure its because I called someone a retard even though I've seen 3 staff members do the same but they have the power so it's working as intended. Can't bring it up here because people get exposed.

You don't get banned for calling someone a retard, they issue you a warning (I got one the other day, keke). So, this should help you go back and see what else you did wrong I'm sure you can figure it out. Also, they don't ban you if someone accuses you of cheating, i had a nimrod accuse me of cheating all over the place because I had the same name on different toons (it's called deleting/rerolling), and I'm still here :>

One thing is for certain, whenever someone forms a grudge (banned or killed in-game) they will lie and attempt to make you look bad in any way possible, which is exactly what you're trying to do to the devs here.

One of the reasons it pays to keep your mouth shut and stay under the radar.

There's a minority of very salty players who don't like being killed especially one on one if you cant take the odd loss or risk getting zerged soloing definitely isn't for you.

I think most good players have been accused of cheating at least once i personally really hate when it happens to me.

Thankfully we know this happens, as we're sometimes the target of it. Unless someone has proof of what they claim, we're not interested.

I revel in it. Obviously I'm playing well for them to think I must be cheating, because surely skill and timing cannot be a factor. I actually had some scrubby Order zergling PMing me yesterday with hackusations.

Sorc has be one of the easiest/most hackuzated classes because of its ability to do sudden damage that kills people.

It normally goes something like this, the person is stacking armor talis (Order especially WPs love their armor talis) with little to no resists. They have a low HP pool, because their RR abilities are in something other than vigor.

Sorc has 100 dark magic and setup up their rotation (no disrupts) Person isn't cleansed and doesnt detaunt. All of Sorcs abilities hit at once, super lucky all of them cirt. Person dies.....

I remember speed tali + renown ability + tactic proc'ing all at once on a Shaman. They would move so quickly they would warp on the screen lol
