No lag, full 400% AAO, I decided to bust FRAPS out and record the fight. Sorry for crappy narration. Cheap mic.

Well, Target Ring puts the halo around the enemy. What do you mean spell activator? Do you mean Buffhead 2? That is what shows me buffs and debuffs above the players head. Or, do you mean the cast timer mod? I think that's called Quartz.
