Trouble getting into game, String error not corrected by fix

This is my error, after I put in my password and username in the launcher:

However, this does not work for me. I still have the error after running this program, or doing a Performance Counter reset manually.

I have been running as administrator and I have tried downloading from the 10-part download and torrent. Both have given me this problem.

I would appreciate any help.
