all my Chars disapeared for no reason

but they will in, a character dont disapeared for no reason i need to rerol 5 mains(in everyside) and lvl again to 40? what guarantee players can take about that? 0? im very disappointed, maybe if they happend to 50% of server u pay more attention than open/fix T3?

I have spend lot of time on it,Its not posible to check if theese characters realy exist in ur old database? sigmarpriest can maybe know i have theese toons or?

-The info i get is very low and poor, no body ask me for character names etc but u can know it with my Forum name i think?

This is actually my fault, I'm afraid.

A few days ago there was some furore over the decision to wipe and reopen two accounts involved in the vendor gold abuse in lieu of banning them. It was insisted that this treatment be given to all players banned, or none of them.

Not wanting to reban the accounts involved, I proceeded to begin wiping and reopening all accounts listed internally as having been complicit in the gold abuse. Yours was one of these accounts, however there was a tag next to your name stating that the ban had been removed because you'd reported the exploit already. I did not see this, and your account was wiped along with the rest.

i know how you feel, I wanted to quit after spending a bunch of time ranking toons to 30+ and crafters maxed. I got no explanation when I posted on the forums except some trolls saying I was exploiting and that why my characters are gone. Honestly, both times the characters popped back up after logging in over and over and with my friend logging in the account to check. There isnt much I did besides that. Hope I could help more.

okay finally i got any clear information and know what hapends to me?i need to wait? u return my characters? (we have few screnshots of my character and gear when the lost items bug pop on, but not in all my characters) tell me what i need to do please.

SigmarPriest was posting it on latest news:- if u report a bug/exploit u dont be punished (or similar) dont know the same words cause cant roll down the lattest news,anyways i told him previously to theese post cause i like to be fair.

yep over here we have a bunch of theese trolls only knows to write and complaining the people one example is /Advice lol,on my opininon thats will be punished or just start to create the rvr chanels etc... ,anyways apreciate ur post dont know if they are similar on my situation.i was already reported it i think i just need to wait few for other answer

Create your characters again and I will level them up to 27/40 and supply them with a set of 27 PvE gear, to a maximum of 10 characters as per your previous post.
