Problems with character.

I have my Chosen lvl 26 Kalif. I didn`t play for a while and today I came to back after great news about T3.
When I logged on him,I found out that all my items-including items that were on char-are gone. An even more-my character is dead, his HP is 0\0. /stuck command doesn`t help. I`m not able to switch on other char, because I`m dead. I relogged 4 times-it didn`t give any any affect.
I checked armory-all items are there.
Is there any way to solve it?

Have the same problem. Already tried the answer to the question - what to do? But the developers did not bother to give at least some answer. The feeling that just ignore the problem.

I feel like we've answered questions like this before, but that's cool. I'll go again.

What I can do is check to see if your character exists. When you log in and you're speaking in /ad, you're not in a place where we can simply teleport you to another location, for some reason your character just isn't loading correctly. Might be strain on the server, try back at a less populated time.

The /stuck command needs to be used twice, while you're at a loading screen. All this really does however is changes your zone to the default for your race, or maybe just Norsca for Chaos.

We do ignore this problem directly in that we don't have an exact cause\answer for it, and you might have noticed we released a big pile of content that is aggressively being worked on. Singular character issues aren't ever a priority when we have larger scale game issues. If your character is broken, make a new one and check back later.

/stuck command dont work because system says you are dead. If i create new char its alright with high pop time. But problem still with the old chars. I suppose that it can be linked with recent DB transfer on other server. Maybe....All my guild mates has the same problem

If no one has contacted you or you have not resolved the issue it is an problem with your connection to the database. I am not a part of the RoR staff so I can't explain it further without giving your wrong or misleading intel. I had the same issue a few weeks back.

The only thing that fixes the issue is a server restart. Once the servers restart it should fix whatever the connection issue is with your toon(s) and the DB. To make sure you still have you items (equipped at least) make sure you search for the character having the issue in the armory. If the character in the armory still has all the gear listed with it then it still exists, you just need to wait for a server restart to have it actually functioning.

Good luck it is frustrating but the Dev's are aware of the issue and trying to find a fix for it; these things just take time. If the character was not to far along in its progress you might be better off re-rolling or remaking the character.
