its just ghosts. its why there shows like a dozen warbands open. But no real players.
Word of Pain and Boiling Blood are no longer able to proc anything. The Bright Wizard College has confirmed this is a big deal. (stealth nerf)

Calm down guys, i'm sure the devs will fix this when they have time. For now, just go do something else, there are plenty of other great games you can play in the meantime (I myself play Fallout 4 and Heroes of the storm for example), and check back later.
