PQ / Keep Rewards

Hey Devs, i could not find information on this issue.

What is the problem with PQ/keep rewards that makes them unvailable? Does it not work mostly on same manner as other loot drops?

Also how hard or time consuming it would be to enable those features again? I'd rather see those issues fixed before t4 is released.

I'm not a dev but may I answer about PQ? Because PQ's need a lot of scripts, which devs don't have so it must be done from scratch. Instead, they chose to make PVP the top priority.

But all the Keep rewards use same system for rolling loot right? So if you solve only that part you could have all the keeps working at once.
