Scenario parties Bugged?

Seems like people can join party 1, but once it's full nobody can join any other parties. At least, *I* can't and nobody is showing up in raid frames except party 1.

Frames are bugged. Standard UI shows the people in the groups though. BE careful when joining groups where 1 slot 'looks' empty in between the players.
Like:
1 filled
2 filled
3 empty
4 filled
5 filled
6 empty

means that there are already 5 people (or even 6!) in that group

Just join another party until you can see the players and if it bugs out just leave rejoin until it fixes itself. Never had that not work.

I must have left and rejoined about 15 times to try that and no dice
