Imo, most people will run the corporeal/spiritual cap for each faction anyway with just Kobts/chosen aura or the am/shaman buff, so its not a big deal.

Though, the discrepancies with it always shows up as odd, like WL getting ele resists (specially worthless as order unless you are facing a sea of goblin shamans) or how 3 classes get corp and the rest ele on destruction.
