Each race starting at their home?

Greetings,

I know... I know... there probaly already were tons of questions/suggestion like this... but I still:

As far as I know, each race starts at the same spot/ chapter, be on the side of destruction or order. NOW, is it planned that each race starts at their home? Like to start as a High Elf in Ulthuan, WITHOUT traveling there from the Imperium of Men? ...or was it ever meant like that? Also in the former official WAR Online?

OH and are the non-Imperial and non-Chaos localities... playable in an fairly stable/ enjoyable way already?

P.S. I'm pretty new and not an expert... frogive me any dumb/ noobish questions/ remarks.

Every new character starts in the Empire/Chaos pairing due to population issues in the other starting zones. People can use their Book of Binding upon creation to get to their race's original start point.

Population issues in racial t1 pvp zones started when everyone was forced to start in Nordland. Before that elves and dwarves always had some little pvp going on.

The tome seems to only work for Orks and Dwarves for me. All of my elf, high and dark, seem to be stuck i Nordland/Norsca unfortunately :/ Is this because the Elf areas isn't available?

They are available (and Book of Binding may be bugged)... Travel to any town / camp, meet a Flight Master and check yourself!

Well... you can travel over to Ulthuan. At least I could only get there via fast travel with Dwarven Copter... it's playable (to me) BUT I'm not sure if the first chapters "over there" are enjoyable in the full scale, because they still work on RoR. I mean if I'm right, RoR still has "Alpha"-status.

I saw videos already from the early official servers (around 2008/09) and at that time, it seems that you started at your factions battlefields/ major points.

Please devs return this feature (racial start) if it's possible... It ads SO much immersion into the game when you start in your racial zone... No to mention that we miss 2/3 of all low lvl conten when forced to start in Nordland.
