Can't login with one of my characters

Yesterday, I'm has fallen in the zone 0, with my WH "Boriss" 20/22, when I stood at war camp in Barak Varr . I tried to use the book of the binding, or command " /stuck" - these not worked. I'm closed the client with windows task manager.
Now, I can't login with this character into the game, cause I have crash the client when the WH loading in Barak Varr.
Other of my characters login are ok.
Can you help me, or I must erase my WH (

I has tried to remove the interface, cache and user folders - this not helped

If you're already loaded in-game it's too late. Must be done at the loading screen.

Clearing cache folder worked for me, but it may have been coincidence. Other possible ways mentioned in other threads: backup & remove content from your user / addon directory.

The client has crush when screen of Barak Varr starts to load. I unable to write this for such short time.

Found strange thing , that if your characters didnt exceed limit quests that allowed to have at same time -they will never be bugged with BLACK SCREEN.
So before logout pls chek didnt too much of quests you have on your character ATM.

I remember, what on the WH was no more than ten quests, exactly. The key moment, that I see, it's was last logout, when character was fallen in the Zone 0.
