Just for transparenz... @Dana and DaScoub will you work on "the Account is not active" game launcher problem and the activation Mails Problem soon?

So what is the solution if for account is not active msg?I have a friend cant login in game the msg is that -your account is not active-kostantinos26- is the login name.What he can do to activate his account again?
