exp rest wasn't only happen in viper pit?

You were getting rested exp everywhere, but the gain rate was different depending where your character was.
For destro Viper Pit > IC > everywhere else

Can we keep it this way, minus the everywhere else part? Capping influence at the lower tiers is hard enough :> I prefer not to have rested xp.

Let me explain you rested XP.

You get rested XP everywhere, what results in x3 XP on PVE/PVP kills.
The rested XP gain rate is increased in certain locations.

+50% in warcamps and chapter hubs
+100% in your capital city including guild tavern
+150% in officers lounge

Thanks for new patch! Now the only choice to train character is only through leeching empty BOs and keeps!

I kind of remember that if you left your char in the middle of ORVR away from BO's and Keeps you would not get rested exp...I believe.
