Well changing current system only because you have not enough ppl on your prime time is not a solution. Thing not working that way. Tail cant wag the dog.

I would look at the NA population for answers. EU primetime is booming and it pretty much always has fights going on. The amount varies and sometiems one side is much larger then the otehr but at leats stuff is happening.

EU primetime, despite all the players online, can often just be dead nights of ORvR itself. I can only imagine what NA is like. I believe this to be mainly a scenario issue, you can get everything you need in them. The removal of soldier medallions and kill quests not counting in scenarios would greatly help the ORvR, if not, then why cant we get the scenario currencies in ORvR, instead of being locked into doing them, maybe that would make other people more active in the lakes.

I wonder why now all ppl must farm something, exp, renown, gear?
like just simple rvr is not enough? simple fights between order and destro are not worth time?
in old game, old good WAR, these who stayed to the end had all, max cap for all thing, and they playing only for good fight, just for who is strong enough for take or defend keep
if now ppl don't see it, don't like that rvr, ok, lets they go to farm games as WoW or others,

That's what this is about. A lot of people need that carrot, otherwise they view it as 'time wasted'. I could care less about my gear or rr, I play for fun, and its in the lakes that I find that. However not everyone feels the same, for some people fun is always winning, for some fun is progression, fun can anything for a select person.

The suggestions given were in hope that it allows people to have fun on a broader scale within the game, both solo and group players alike, to encourage more ORvR within the game during all hours.

The goal is to build momentum. You don't instantly form a zerg - it snowballs. 1 becomes 3 becomes 6 etc... To get people to actually go and hit the keep door - it needs to have more incentive than it currently has - which is zero.

Regardless of whether we believe the game and its rvr glory should be sufficient enough, the numbers prove it isn't. People are not doing rvr during NA primetime. I've watched as groups will take BO's and then just leave the zone.

Why? because a BO take is much less time and actually more gain than a keep take now. We have to change this. A zero defended keep rewarding one medallion will start the snowball. I truly believe this. People will begin to actually try and take the keep. If keeps are being contested...people will show up to defend. boom - snowball becomes avalanche.

You have to start to start. And right now - people are just sitting on the sidelines not even attempting.

As for why NA #'s are low. This is a euro server. I can tell you that whatever your thoughts on lag are...try it from an NA perspective. melee is just atrocious. Literally getting collision on opponent characters and still unable to use melee abilities. Has it gotten better? sure - a bit. But still - NA players face some serious ping/lag. That could be one detraction.

The second detraction is definitely population itself. friends of mine have logged on - nothing is happening...and they leave. They never get to see any action. Again - it takes a spark to set into motion a fire. We need that spark. I think it is as simple as one medal for a keep take.

Right now a keep take has absolutely no incentive to do. Everything that you could do in rvr is better/easier/more attainable in sc's. This has to change. I'm not saying take away sc rewards. I'm saying buff the rvr rewards. Influence is something people would like to get (not as necessary with dev/stalker gear but still a nice thing to have). If a keep take would grant a significant influence gain...that could be a little something. The medal for dev gear - would be huge.

As for getting the word out to NA - I would seriously love to hear input from the EU guys. You did it successfully..you took this place from less than 100 in June of 2014... to over 500 a year later... and now upwards of 700. What did you do to grow the base? How did you get the word out to fellow EU's? Yes word of mouth can be great...but surely something happened there. Would love to hear your insight.

Every NA player I know who is not playing = "Waiting for T4"
Word of Pain and Boiling Blood are no longer able to proc anything. The Bright Wizard College has confirmed this is a big deal. (stealth nerf)

Erm...Because as Eur prime time numbers start to dwindle as the evening wears on, population numbers are supplemented with NA starting to log on..

However once NA numbers start to dwindle, Asia Pacific let's us down and logs on to HelloKittyOnline instead
