Sorry i need to change my computer but the problem continue. No exp, no inf and no rr. Whats the solution?
And sorry again for my english language

It's not a bug. You no longer get XP and RR when at the level caps.

Yes yes i know but you can be lvl 31+99% for example. My exp bar is 31+62% and my rr bar is 40+5% and no get points. In t3 greenskins no full inf and 0 inf points for me

As of the last patch, you no longer get XP and RR if your level is at the level cap, regardless of your progression within that max level before the patch.

No idea about the influence.
