Client works Account dont

Cant log in to my account but the client works can you help it started at reset on the 9th

Seems like virtual queue back off your connection from server(sarcastic or truly). btw same problem.

Not much to do here. Your account is active, and other accounts can be logged on to from that device. We don't have enough information from you to push you in a helpful direction.

SO, if it started on the 9th, what else happened?

the client will load then crash after handshake screen right before character screen

I had my GM try to log in and it did not work
so i think the problem is on your side.

Fastest way to get back is to just create a new account.
