website message bug?

So I got a PM and can't reply to it, also cant send a message to said member.

Also: @Dana - I honestly don't remember where I found it, was online somewhere around four to six years ago then I edited it. I believe the original was like fu-fu pink on white :P

sometimes on the forums is the blockade. Like max say you must write a few post.
