For me this move seems very okayish. If people play other games and seem to be not interested anymore, why not? But Yaliskah, maybe you guys can somehow inform those long time "offliners" ? Auto generated E-Mail, or maybe a hint, in the character creation menu, (that after not logging in XXX days, the chars get deleted)? Should be very easy I guess?

Dont know if that would help, but at least they have absolutely no reason to cry about a wipe again?

We will. In the futur. Actually if we do this and ppl come back there is what will happen : KABOOM.
91 000 accounts haven't been played since 6 months (120k account created actually). If we do this right now and -let imagine- 10% come back the server can't host all this population. We have in first place to optimize Hardware config, optimize DB config, optimize code. We have too many things to work on and we can't do everything at the same time.
Dascoub who is in charge of all Hardware stuff and Web things ( my title is completely wrong, i'm just the King of Nothing) has a lot of work IRL and can't give more time than he actually have.

I am sur to play after 30 april, because was my birthday and my sister present to me another game I am playing at same time during a pair of weeks. And I remember to login in June or July to check my account. So, I don't understand this situation, and as you say, I spent so much time leveling my characters to start again and again because nothing: I don't go to play something like this... no more.
