I played in zone X and my reward was not enough official thread

So we were in KV on 11/2/2018 time arround 9:50 afternoon and when the zone locked we only got rolls on 2 and 1 while we got keep and BOs is there anything wrong ?

Participated in 5 zone locks yesterday, 0 bags received.
I'm getting the "roll for next bag" numbers (which must be like +4000 now due to not receiving any bag for the last weeks), I'm getting decent influence and renown reward (which means I contributed enough), but no bags at all.

Did some rvr:ing, capped BOs, killed baddies and participated in lord kill and got tick for that, when zone locked tho I got nothing; no roll and no loot.

Writing this to help you in your quest to find the error, not to be greedy
