[WH/WE] tactic tweaks

Starting at the bottom there are two obvious D tier tactics that stand out on these classes. Blessed Ammunition [WH] and Sharpened Edge [WE]

[WH]
Incendiary shot is already a solid damage ability. No one is going to take this tactic if it's just for bullet procs.
Current: Blessed Ammunition - Incendiary shot now applies your blessed bullets.
Suggestion: Blessed Sights - Incendiary shot now has 10 ft increased range and a 5 sec CD. (Gunslinger mode)

The middle tree needs something to pull away from the typical left tree right tree build. At the moment it doesn't and won't as long as atonement is so strong compared to other tactics.

Current: Atonement - Increases absolution's and burn away lies' chance to critically hit by 25%.
Never did BAL need this after giving WH all the magic damage options.
Suggestion: Atonement - Increases absolution's chance to critically hit by 25% and burn away lies' ending damage by 25%

[WE]
Sharpened Edge is not worth a tactic slot. The mastery scaling is too weak. This tactic is a good design idea as it is the antithesis of repel blasphemy.
Current: Sharpened Edge - Any time an attack you make is blocked or parried; you will automatically do 262 damage to your target. Cannot occur more than once every second. This is physical damage and is so low you don't really notice the tactic much.
Suggestion: Sharpened Edge - damage increase/increased mastery scaling and or remove the internal CD.

Swift Movements WS does not stack with Pierce Armor.
Current: Swift Movements - Reduces feinted positionings cooldown by 40 seconds. Feinted positioning now additionally grants 150 initiative and weapon skill.
Suggestion: Swift Movements - Reduces feinted positionings cooldown by 40 seconds. Feinted positioning now additionally grants 150 initiative, and agonizing wound no longer costs action points.
[SM] 85+, [WL] 80+, [SW] 80+, [WH] 85+, [AM] 80+, [Kotbs] 80+
[BO] 80+, [Mara] 80+, [Sham] 80+ [SH] 60+ [WE] 80+

Jesus **** Christ. WH/WE have received so much goddamn dev attention it's absurd. There are a thousand other aspects of the game that need fixing before more tools/utility are thrown at these completely broken classes. This archetype actually has a punt! Just stupid beyond comprehension.

Please be reasonable. WH/WE should be put on the back burner for a year or two while actual important facets of the game are addressed. You cannot be serious with this post, I'm sorry, but there are literally dozens of other useless tactics in the game. It would be great if they could be fixed, but come on. There are actual issues in the game that need fixing. I wish this were a troll post.
