If you are using Windows 10, you'll need to uncheck "Set Time Automatically" and manually adjust it. Changing the timezone won't work .

Looks like OVH took down whatever was authenticating their certificates for a while. I suppose setting the clock back would have given you a "good" value as far as connecting was required. Interesting.
