Bolstered to lvl 48 gives some nice health and armor. But overall not that much damage output. Still it is big fun to be not totally useless.

I think if you hit the lvl were you don't get the bolster it is a little cliff were overall performance goes down but if you then get lvl 40 and renown gear you go again up and over the bolstered ones.

The change to keep pets at lvl 40 was smart. The bolster works fine.
