Crazy-dumb RVR and Morale Idea

WHAT IF...

You couldn't use morales in RVR UNLESS you had either...

a) control of a number of BOs equal to the morale level you want to use. So, if your realm controls 3 BOs you can use rank 3 morales.
b) have ranked up your realm's keep to the level of morale you want to use. So, if you have a 2-star keep, you can use rank 2 morales.

So, order spawns a ram from their 2-star keep and assaults destro's 0-star keep. All order can use m2. But, destro defenders in the zone cap all the BOs, so the defenders an use m4. So, some order would have to peel off to make sure to control BOs.

It would give those who don't want to participate in the keep assault/defense something to do that still contributes to rvr. And it keeps the zone active outside of the keep because of the strategic importance of BO control during a siege.

There could be some grace period perhaps - like, you get a 10s warning that you're about to lose your morale ability after losing one of your BOs. Morales would have to work like they do now in pve and scenarios.

Anyway, yeah, it's kinda dumb. It came to me in a dream.
