Make Prayer of Righteousness give speed buff.

I know alot of people will think this is absurd, but the DoK damage covenant already procs slow, so i propose the opposite be applied to the WP damage prayer, same % as DoK, would solve many gap closer, slow, and other issues, and DoK would counter it, since destro has way more snares than order i believe this is a fair change. What you all think?

Rp middle tree master rune is suppose to be dok slow counter but the reality is that noone is using it since it is at awkward spot to pick and u loose quite a utility to gain it.
Beside it should be 5 or 10 sec slow immunity not just slow remover that MRoA also kinda do

Yea unless it provides immunity it's nearly useless for that purpose.

This is not an equivalent exchange because rootbreaks exist. Unfortunately it sounds fine to the average player and won't look too strong on the surface, but in the hands of a skilled player it will be an unbelievably overpowered effect.
