give 5 stacks of potions for Keep kill quests

I don't find heal pots to be too expensive on the AH, I think I just bought 2 stacks of decent heal pots for a few gold.

Just make your own. It cost one of the cheapest vials to make 5 healing pots

these kill quests count every player kill, even in Scenarios. Maybe coding it otherwise would be difficult or too much effort for what it does. As long as that is the case, 1 potion is enough already

I very much doubt anyone is getting any profit out of healing pots on the ah.

This is needed just for PvP, heals are very hard to come by in pug scenarios.

Yes, those. Also, they're not the same. There is a pretty important difference, specifically that they don't share the cooldown.

They are on a different CD so you can use both

Sounds like a laziness issue? Can already get pots from SC medallions and keep defenses it's not that hard to craft them.
