Also, all RDPS has armor debuff. And it's stronger, than top armor pot (or pretty same). And I didn't even say, that top pots costs as airplane.

And please, SW whining on WS and firepower lack? Really?

Because then SW would be as far as i can recall the only class in T2 with a 50% inc heal debuff which would make the class and order as a whole massivly op in T2, i dont know if youve been in T2 recently but healing is absolutely broken in that tier cause with basically no class has a 50% inc heal debuff, 25% ones dont cut it and by the time you can spec it your already basically out of the tier.

Now back to the subject at han : if one of the 3 pRDPS classes got this tactic at say 32 then i would be more than ok at moving the other 2 classes mirror tactics to 32 so that all would get it at the same level BUT because all 3 classes get the tactic or its equvilent at 33 i see no reason to move it to 32

Ultimately, I agree that the issue is a product of the RoR artificial level cap. However, with stat scaling, twinked out T3 physical mitigation isn't very different from T4 live.

These tactics were the subject of a PRDPS balance patch to address mitigation. They were considered critical to the class.

Sorry but no whine here, just seems like a sensible change to me. No need to be threatened. I do love how quickly the personal attacks come . Stay classy.

To be fair they get it at level 21, I'd hardly say that's broken.

21 vs 25 for pretty much every one else, it would not change the fact that they would be the only ones in t2 with a spammable no cool down 50% inc heal debuff with a joke of a requirement

Fair enough, and I would say that there was merit to that change for balance under the artificial RoR level cap.

Marauder has a 25% heal debuff at 12 when no one else does. I'd say that's more impactful but it's still doesn't break them. The SW gets it on it's last level of T2.

At level 12/t1 healing is no where near as strong as healing is in t2

a 25% hd wont cut it vs a healed target in t2

Level 12-21 vs 21. 25% heal debuff makes the cut even with the previous level 26 fyi.
