T3 chars in T2 are still bullshit. With their skills and 3 tactics they are imbalanced as hell. 40 renown points spent ? That must be a bad joke.
Obvously debolster is worst feature so far. Lower tiers are pretty much screwed because everyone just got permission to go and rekt lower ranks.

Because in T1 the pugzerg rules the town (no pots/talis etc.) and the devs high likely don't want twinked out chars with purple talis to ruin the fun for many new players.

Maybe if you actually read the threads you'd know what the hell you were talking about before barrelling in with your uneducated opinion.

If you debolster to 13 or 26, you ARE a 13 or a 26 in all but true level. Their skills, their stats, their gear, their morales, their tactic slots.

Because talismans are one of the easiest avenues for higher tier characters to twink hard in T1. Legitimate T1 characters can use talismans, but debolstered players cannot.

I was rr37 when I left t2, and it was hardly "unbalanced". Have you made it your life commitment to belittle the efforts of the developer team? You're one of the most negative people on this server and make it a point to be an asshole. You're lucky the people in charge are very lenient. Any other private server (daoc shard, wow, etc) would have banned you a long time ago.

I believe the purpose is for capped players to enjoy the lower tiers if things are quiet in t3. You did not have this privilege back on live, so the way it is currently setup is fine. Equip "Harrier" gear and you will still do a lot better than a fresh t1 player. A level 13 tank + melee healer wearing grey gear with purple lv4 talis would be a nightmare to take down, so no.

On live u can stay on T1 with book stop xp... so on live u get this privilege and can be a big twink with stuff havoc...
here isnt possible because cap is 13. And i totaly understand talisman lvl 12 blue/epic can be strong for the balance.
But dont tell me talisman lvl 4 max make you a awesome twink...

If you feel you're too weak in lv13 blues to participate in a tier full of new players to the game, then don't do so. I won't change it.

There was no de bolster on live. You are basically allowed to play your main/alts without the need to reroll, so yes this is a privilege. Go buy level 13 grey gear or renown gear, slot purple level 4 armor talismans, use armor pot and you are now officially idiotically hard to take down. No talismans. As a capped player, you have the ability to buy the best blue gear and the best pots, if that's not enough for you to compete then...wow :^]
