My original thought was to have an all day event. 3 scheduled events, 1 in each zone. That way everyone could participate in each one.

Dana, raised the same point that had crossed my mind, when I thought of this - 3 events on one day might confuse some people and might cause the whole event to fail.

Just my own thought on this

1 event and we all pick where, or 3 events scheduled over a 24 hour period?

Like always, I have to agree with you. Might be a bit confusing, because ppl from all over the planet try to paticipate.
Maybe the main Event could spread into another zone for example.
The announcer sends his messages on the screens like on monday.

I think in the future these events could easy take place in 2-3 zones at the same time.
But your thoughts (Dana and Elven) were absolutly right...first take care of this memorial (sad) day and keep the crowed together...
