A full 12 man group was just 1 shotted by the keep lord in praag with zero players defending the keep. The lord needs to be toned down.

I wonder if its expecting players to have wards with its damage or something.

At this point there is no way to take a keep without a full warband, if there is any defense with less than a warband, a keep is not capturable.

If the point of the punt was to stop people from pulling the lord onto the balcony to kill it- can we please just reduce the range the lord can move and restrict it to the lords room? As it stands, the lord pulls through the walls, as is standard with RoR, and punts the entire warband off. On top of that the mobs on the top and bottom floor aggro through the floors/walls and attacks players... it's not fun.

I would say keep the lord as is to discourage ninja keep taking and increase the purple bag drops to encourage people to group up and play as a team.

I think the lords are fine, the problem is the rewards for doing so are garbage and are perpetuating the dead NA scene where nothing really happens.

Lords should be balanced around multiple warband fights and RvR should be on that scale but the population is dipping below 200 at times now and it just rapes RvR.

I'm currently, as I write this, stuck in a wall in the TM keep, watching my 6 man wipe Avocetii's full warband for the 4th time in 20 minutes. We dont even have to do anything except a touch of AOE damage here and there and the lord does the rest.

Is it possible to give the lord a buff that scales with the number of players present at the keep? To address the NA population issues.
