They just need to brainstorm on how to make mid tier scenarios more frequent. I dont need to level fast, I just want it to be more enjoyable.

And by need I mean it would be cool if they did.

The reason they're not popping is because people are not queuing.
They can change many things about the game but they cannot change player behavior.

Best thing you can do is ask people in /5 /t2/3/4 to queue for mid scs; scs, for the most part, are just mini-games and thus not a priority.

A couple of things about that. If a certain % of people in that tier queue, you would get more people queuing if you increased the pool of people.

Also the fact that you cant queue in a wb isnt really helping.

You are right more people that are on should queue. There are things they could do to possibly increase that, but I dont what they would be willing to do.

Scenarios arent really the issue, leveling is the issue. So them not being a priority isnt relevant here I dont think. Increasing the exp of quests is nice, but it doesnt really make leveling more enjoyable it makes it faster. I'm suggesting making leveling more enjoyable.

If more people would play in groups, they could queue for sc as well, while doing rvr. Most midtier players join a warband and can't queue despite wanting to rank up faster. SC xp is fine as it is, people still prefer low reward rvr.

Generally I'll exp doing BG and that's it, but as you know if you don't win you do small exp and often you lose a lot of time in empty battlegrounds and at certain hours of summer time of course they don't start. So any advise?

When your realm is outnumbered, play rvr.
Gather rested bonus to xp faster, when your char is played. Have fun in t1, when there is aao bonus for your side, while your main char is gaining rested xp.

You can either, quest in your racial zone after you hit r16, or kill mobs of a similar level for hours and hours for xp.
I don't know which method is faster though.
You can also join a WB when you hit 16, but leveling is slower that way.

And do you think its remotely funny to do the same quests again and again and again and again? I mean... quests for players that have already get there prob many times, that was the worst kind of solution to offer into what i was specifically tried to address.

You know you can level on Greenskins and Elf zones too, right? I highly doubt you've seen all the quests the game has to offer.
