yeah i understand what you mean, but when it happens you regret swapping to underdog at all
can you lose buff/contribution if overpopulated realm goes pve route for example

I wonder if its possible to reuse old Rally button for this - light it up when one side in T4 needs more people, pressing it puts a player on character select for that side.
That way it is easy to track how many people decided to use the feature and turn it off at the right moment.

to balance:
- teleport to fantasy land and equip top gear;
- against "lost boys" maybe you need special jewels to complement the gear
