Re: Windows Phone 8 Forum App
as you looking to make app for all mobile' this makes it simples to set build options and enter generate the keystores etc. and this builds app that is available on marketplaces for all to dl
what it says on the tin: 'The Unity engine is unique in enabling deployment to the full range of major current mobile ecosystems: iOS, Android, Windows Phone 8 and BlackBerry 10'
also. ' publish a commercial product to Android, iOS and Windows devices without it ever costing you a dime.'
you make games within ms dev as well.

Re: Windows Phone 8 Forum App
Yeah I know, it just can't ... parse a bloody forum though.
Re: Windows Phone 8 Forum App
I use a Windows Phone 8 (Lumia 920), and i can read the forum on it.
Moreover, i think it'll be an ad problem. The aim is to pay a dedicated server via ads when we'll have enough players. If you develop an app, no more ads...
If you say "Yes, but wtf, we can put ads on Windows Phone apps", i would say yes, but what are the terms of use ? Max will have to register and manages ads on 2 different platform and i think, 2 different ad manager.
I'm not sure it's a great idea indeed.

I can read the forums too, I just have to zoom the **** in.
Also I don't understand half of your post: what are the terms of use ? Max will have to register and manages ads on 2 different platform and i think, 2 different ad manager.
What do you mean by that?

Re: Windows Phone 8 Forum App
I had no clue about that, cause well...I don't know **** what you and Max decide.DaScoub wrote:The aim is to pay a dedicated server via ads when we'll have enough players.
Re: Windows Phone 8 Forum App
Dedicated server = money = revenue via website = ads <> wp8 app
No ads = no revenue on website = no money = no dedicated server = .... no return of reckoning
For the moment, someone is giving Max a slot on a dedicated server for free, but it won't last for ever. So, he'll have to pay a dedicated server.

Re: Windows Phone 8 Forum App
I can get a server in 5 hours. I still don't understand why the wp8 can't generate revenue but whatever, I'll do as I please anyway.
