I would even ask for the different direction. I feel that the surrender time is way too long. you dont need two thirds of the time to recognize, if one side is getting farmed without a comeback chance. I would suggest to put the surrender timer at least to 50% of the time, whatever the SC time is, after 50% everyone should clearly see if its playable or not.

no idea, Talabec Dam is longer however the code should be fixed to allow more points so 2 turn ins is all you need, looks like average is 10 min, I like to see them at 8 so something to look at. The reason the timers were lowered, is as you can see the average scenario lasts 10 min or less.

Imo 3 escorts for win is better. It give some time for real comeback esp since destro got one free cap cos of the non even start.
But i agree about surrender vote being on 50% of the scen time length

Plenty of scens with strong heals and weak dps where you are praying for the timer to end.

20 minutes on those fights would be torture.

Imagine there was an option to start a vote for 30% extra heal debuff on everything in this given sc. Both sides vote obvously.
